Air Canada has a heart for skiers! Air Canada takes the ski luggage free of charge also in the season 2016/17. The action of the Canadians, which was very well received by snowboarders and skiers, will be continued. Air Canada passengers can now save money for their trip to Canada. With other airlines, ski transport costs an extra $100 each way.

All Air Canada ski customers can take an additional piece of luggage up to a maximum weight of 23 kg free of charge in addition to the regular free luggage allowance – also in winter 2016/17. This applies to a pair of skis and poles or a snowboard carried in the second piece of luggage on Air Canada flights from Frankfurt or Munich to Canada’s ski resorts.

Ski trips to Canada without extra costs for ski transport
